The short version
This website is informational. It has no forms, no accounts and no online booking. Nearly everything we learn about you comes from a phone call that you choose to make.
We do not sell your personal information. We use what you tell us to understand the problem, schedule a plumber and complete the work.
Information we receive by phone
When you call (973) 488-5410, we may collect your name, phone number, service address and a description of the plumbing problem. We use this to dispatch a plumber, give you a price, complete the job and follow up on it.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. You will be told at the start of a call if it is being recorded. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher and we will discuss options, which may include ending the call.
We keep call details only as long as we reasonably need them for service, record keeping, legal obligations and quality review. We do not publish them.
Information collected when you visit the site
Like most websites, the servers that deliver this site may keep standard server logs. These logs can include your IP address, the date and time of a request, the page requested, your browser type and the page that referred you. We use them for security, troubleshooting and to understand general traffic.
We do not use this site to ask you for personal details. If you tap the phone number on a mobile device, your phone starts a call. That call is handled by your carrier and by us as described above.
Cookies and third-party content
We do not set advertising cookies on this site. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded map from a map provider. When those items load, the provider may receive your IP address and technical details of your browser, under its own privacy policy.
You can limit or block cookies and embedded content in your browser settings. The site will still work, although a map may not display.
How we share information
We share information only when needed to do our work or meet legal duties. That can include the plumber assigned to your job, service providers who help us run our phone and business systems, and authorities when the law requires it.
If a permit or inspection applies to your job, we may need to provide your service address and the scope of work to the local enforcing agency. We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we must keep for legal or business reasons. Contact us using the details below and tell us the phone number and address connected to your call so we can find the record.
If you receive calls or texts from us that you do not want, tell us and we will stop contacting you for non-service reasons.
Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive details, such as financial account numbers, on a call unless we ask for them to complete payment.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
